We welcome you to our new website. The Philadelphia Cultural Committe, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to keeping the Cultural Arts alive and well within our youth. Our commitment to them is unwavering. Representing Pennsylvania, New Jersey & Deleware. Each year we hold fundraisers to raise funds for our Scholarships. Up until last year we sponsored The Ebony Fashion Fair as our main event.
